I can’t do a whole lot over my lunch hour since I have to go back to work and look appropriate, but I did go to the gym and did some “speed-walking” on the treadmill for 40 minutes! And of course with my Disney Junkies shirt on. =)
I’m going to try to get to the gym this weekend and do some running. But we have three birthday parties to attend this weekend! Geesh! (including my own kid’s).

Great job! Way to get it in during work. My exercise at work mostly consists of walking back forth from one side to the other of the complex.

I have a standing desk at work too. So I can usually walk in place while typing/on the phone, ect. I’m a paralegal so I’m always on the move.

@sarahjoe37 I do the same as you. We have a gym in my building and I have client meetings most days and don’t have time to shower after I go to the gym on my lunch. I speed walk, or as I like to call it “rope drop walk” ;) I throw in some push ups and sit ups too

@sarahjoe37 awesome job getting it in at work! Great job! I like the standing desk also! I wish I had one of those too. I do lunchtime walks similar, speedy walking, or rope drop walking as starbee and I have coined it. You’re doing awesome!

I use the Garmin App since it’s linked from my Garmin Forerunner 230 watch! The app is free, but you need the watch. Prior to getting my Garmin I used the free Sports Tracker app. I would go into the app and hit start. It would track pretty much the same statistics as my Garmin does. The GPS isn’t quite as accurate using the Sports Tracker app as my Garmin is, but they aren’t too far off. Sports Tracker was very user friendly too!

First real solid workout in a while. Two dreadmill walking sessions split by a high-intensity upper body circuit. Here are the cardio stats:

    Session 1:
    30:00, 1.75mi, 17:09/mi, incline 1.5% ascent 131ft
    Session 2:
    30:00, 1.90mi, 15:47/mi, incline 1.5% ascent 150ft
