Right now I’m trying to decide between a gym membership and ice cleats for my shoes.

Pros and cons to each. And a difference in investment.

Today isn’t warming as fast as advertised and a light drizzle is coming down. The road looks pretty well glazed.
I may try to snag a day-pass to the gym just to squeeze in a workout while I weigh my options.

Update on my training. I have not been good this week. Our treadmill got moved out of what was designated as the gym at work to an open space just off the apparatus floor.
