I think this is appropriate for here. Especially for those “struggle days” which we all have at one time or another.

Does anyone else use Myfitnesspal to track their calories and macro’s?

Hubby does but I use Fitbit. Although I’m so ashamed by my calories most days that I just don’t enter them :p

    LOL
I use my garmin to track my exercise, HR, steps, sleep, etc. But it all logs into MFP. Makes it easier to keep track.

Great job everyone!!! I love hearing your backstories and progress! Way to never give up and keep moving forward! Today was our rest day, so nothing to report from me! But we will be running our 3 miler at 6am tomorrow! Before the sun tries to burn us alive! We are in a 10 days streak or so of 100+ degree temps!

You’re inspirational quote of the day:

Allright, I fell off the wagon a for a week or so… but I hopped back onto the DREADmill last night. 2.0 miles = 21:04 It was rough. I felt slow and my hammies were super tight. I planned on running outside last night, but when we got home after a dinner event that we went to, it started pouring outside and I was forced inside. Boooo. After my baby run, I did 25 squat jumps, 15 burpees, and 50 crunches…. then stretched out for a good 15 solid minutes.

Back on the wagon y’all…. :D

Great job getting back at it. I’m not a fan of the dreadmill either but you got it done!

Got my third run of the week in this morning. I don’t usually run 3 days in a row but that’s just how it had to be this week.

Leia ran with me and we did 1.5 miles in 22:32, 1 min run/2 min walk.

Way to get back on the bandwagon!! We all go through those times of not getting our runs/workouts in! Bummer the weather didn’t cooperate and you had to use the DREADmill!!!! I hear you! I haven’t ran on one in a few months and don’t miss it!!! Great post-run workout too!
