Looks like an awesome plan so far!

Tuesday – Magic Kingdom! The last few trips we would always start with Space Mountain, this time I want to go straight to Fantasyland and check out Peter Pan first, I haven’t seen the new queue since they changed it, I also want to check out Enchanted Tales with Belle, another thing I have never seen. Lunch will probably be Casey’s (another first!) and dinner at Columbia Harbor House (or vice versa). We often eat at Pecos Bill’s or Cosmic Rays so I want to switch it up a bit. The plan is to end up in Tomorrowland in the evening and Happily Ever After at 8pm – can’t wait to see the new show!

Wednesday – Studios! New thing to try here for us, meeting Olaf and maybe checking out the Frozen sing along, but that might be a tough sell, what does everyone think of this show? Lunch at Min & Bills, never tried this place! But if we have Casey’s we will have to see if we want hot dogs again. Not really any favorite places to eat at Studios so figured we would try someplace new. Dinner ADR booked for 7h15 at 50s Prime Time, I was thinking of SciFi but with three of us, we can’t sit together so I figured 50s would be better. Park closes at 8h00 so after dinner we can look in the shops and avoid the long lines at the bus stop.

Thursday – second Animal Kingdom day! Hope to be able to get a FoP FP for this day. Check out shows and attractions we haven’t seen on Sunday and repeat favorites. Park closes at 7 so I got an ADR at Yak & Yeti for 6h30. Early night so we could always go Downtown Disney after dinner. (Disney Springs! Still call it the old name) LOL

Friday – to be determined! This will be our last day as our flight is at 9am the next day. So either Epcot or Magic Kingdom, depending on how much we got done and what we feel like doing that day. This reminded me of pre-FP+ days, when we would be in line for a bus at the resort and spur of the moment decide on a different park when a bus would show up! Now with FPs we have to have a plan and stick to it! Unless you have park hoppers, of course.

Forgot to add, normally we go go go until the park closes, like ride Everest or Splash Mountain or BTMRR over and over until they close the queue, it’s a bit hectic! Then walk out the park and wait in the bus line, tired. I figured ending the day with a nice table service meal, resting a bit and checking out shops on our way out would be a nice change of pace! I will let the boys know what the plan is, so they know what to expect! Since the parks close pretty early in February, it won’t be as tiring as trips where the parks stay open til midnight!

    Sounds like a magnifique trip!

Definitely see all Animal Kingdom has to offer, especially the acrobats and Conservation Station. My bias review ;)
You’re doing a lot of firsts, so it has to be an adventure! Enchanted Tales with Belle is really good and the Frozen sing-a-along depends if you like Frozen or bad puns. :elsa: :belle:

SEJ101 my boys might not be too excited about the Frozen sing along but at 13 and 15 I think they can manage Star Tours a few times or RnRc single rider while I check it out! I really doubt I will be able to convince them, especially since I was thinking of doing Voyage of the Little Mermaid!

Yes, a lot of firsts, it’s amazing to still have new things to experience, even after all these trips !

I think last time we checked out Conservation Station was in 2009!

I’m 15 and I saw the Frozen show…. granted, I didn’t enjoy, but I needed to pass time somehow and most shows weren’t starting in forever. :p I’m sure Star Tours will tie them over if they continue the randomization. :c3po:

Prepare to be underwhelmed by Voyage of the Little Mermaid. It could definitely use a face lift and fix its technical problems  :|

There’s a first time for everything.

I haven’t been to Conservation station in too long of a time, but thankfully it hasn’t been since ’09! It’s way too fun! :land:

I love Columbia Harbor House! I vote there! ;)

Yeah I feel like Studios has pretty slim pickins right now :| I loved the ABC Commissary until they changed the menu  now it’s your standard theme park fare but it used to have a more classy menu. You can sit together at Sci-Fi, they have some regular tables that seat 4 and have the front and back of the car on either side, as opposed to sitting in a car in rows. Just a thought, you can stick with Prime Time, I’m a fan of that one too

Also, this is off topic but I’m curious, do you use 24 hour time in Canada like we do in France?

I had bought the 7 day ticket, if I would have known we get in so late, I would have gotten the 6-day but oh well. I think it was a 15 dollar difference per ticket.

I think the price difference is minimal and worth it! For our honeymoon I think we got either a 6 or 7 day ticket and for two of us that only cost $16 more than getting one less day. I would pay that even for a couple of hours! I think it’s worth it :ears:

@starbee, do you mean saying 20h30 instead of 8h30 pm? Yes! I guess my “7h15” gave it away! :)

I didn’t realize they had other seating at Sci Fi, not sure which one I should choose now! How can we make sure we get the other kind of table when we reserve on the app?

I thought the Frozen Sing A Long was actually pretty funny. They do a lot of humor and puns in it to make it fun for all ages and genders, not just little girls. It is worth seeing.

Yes, so I’ll say c’est dix-huit heure instead of c’est six heure. That’s cool I never knew that! Someday I want to visit Canada.

Yes they do but it’s not super popular, everyone wants to sit in the regular cars. I can’t find any decent pictures of it but this one has it in the bottom left corner:

I haven’t made any reservations on the app, just on MDE on my desktop. Is there the opportunity to write a special request? In my personal opinion, you can’t go wrong with either. But I like both for the ambiance more than the food. There’s nothing wrong with the food at either, I think it’s delicious! But a lot of the offerings you could get elsewhere which is why I say I go for the ambiance. It’s not like those are the only places to eat those things

Love reading your plans! Pop Century is great and I really liked the Frozen Sing-A-Long….the comedian storytellers are funny and I like to watch the little children sing along. It’s worth doing once.

I guess I will check with the boys and see if they’d prefer 50s or SciFi! I will look at the menus with them as well. The regular cars look like more fun to sit in though!

I’ve done both and for sure the regular cars are more fun, but you won’t get to sit together exactly. We did that last trip with my brother, so there were 3 of us, and it was fun but I felt bad that he was in a row alone behind me and hubby :'( also from that picture it looks like those other cars would have you sideways to the screen not facing the screen

    @starbee, not ideal!

So last night I saw they came out with a winter offer for room only, and other play and dine offers but of course Pop isn’t available for my dates! Boo. Nothing available in value category, and moderates work out more expensive even with the discount. I have read online about other guests trying to get this offer and nothing available.
