    @nascfan thank you!! its nice to see some tone…now to keep that up after the busy restaurant season ends in a few months and half my “exercise” goes away LOL!! @smurph1551 I took a yoga class once just to try it…way more concentrated than I ever expected but in such a good way. i wish i could find a way to fit that into my schedule. maybe after the summer. let me know how it goes!

    Hang in there @warrsm and @starbee. I’m right there with you! My problem is still sweets. I just can’t seem to get rid of this sweet tooth. One of my goals is to eliminate desserts from my diet. Definitely easier said than done for me. :)

    Sugar kills me!
    I was thinking back to last summer and how I changed my eating habits up a bit and how it was working for me. Last year I was really watching my sugar intake/day AND I had my last meal of the day by 4:30. Sometimes 5:30. But that last part REALLY helped. I actually started it again a few days ago and, like last night, I found myself in the kitchen at 9:30 looking to grab ANOTHER handful of almonds and I thought, Nope! I’m done eating until tomorrow morning.
    Late night snacking has been doing me in. And it’s almost always something sweet. The time cutoff really helps. So I won’t eat from 4:30/5:30 until 6:30/7:00 the next morning. It ain’t easy, but it helps!

    I try to do the same thing and I’m pretty good about not eating after 7pm. But, you wouldn’t believe how many desserts I can squeeze in before 7pm LOL

    did we decide not to do a sheet for July? just realized I hadn’t dropped anything in in a while, oops. But i am still trying to be better!!!! Hope everyone is doing well as well!

    OMG things have a been a bit nuts here for me. Haven’t even been on dcot in the past few weeks. The family has been logged on as me though listening to some music!
    I’ll get on that sheet today. Just need to run some errands first

    @missingWDW no worries!!!! if you can’t get to it, just PM me the directions and I can try to update. i was going to add a July tab to the sheet but it won’t let me copy the prior one over and I am not savvy enough to create new checkboxes LOL hope things get less hectic for you!!! Love that the fmaily just logs on to listen!!
