Oh no @smurph1551 ! I’m so sorry about that, I hope it heals up really quickly for you! Hopefully a couple days off it will do the trick for you.
Great job @breesmommy5 ! I sure hope the rain stops soon too! Ugh!June 18, 2019 at 11:54 am #112460I know @nascfan ! I’m glad you guys were able to walk outside yesterday !!
June 24, 2019 at 9:17 am #112672Thinking I need to change my challenge for next month.
Maybe nutrition based, since I’m struggling so much with that lately

I struggle with it too and that’s why I changed mine. I became more motivated to get in steps or 30 minutes of activity each day when I could check my box. I knew everyone could see how well I was doing with it too which added to the level of accountability. Once that became a more regular thing I changed my challenge to food. However, as you can see, I’m still struggling with it
June 24, 2019 at 10:27 am #112685Same here ! I swear I want to eat healthy and then end up eating half a bag of kettle chips. I have no willpower whatsoever
June 24, 2019 at 10:38 am #112686I’m the same way! I want to eat healthy, but I just love sweets!
June 24, 2019 at 11:29 am #112692I also love sweets but it’s not even just that. I love fruit, especially in the summer time! I’ll eat blueberries, watermelon, peaches – I feel like that’s a healthy option but it’s also pure carbs so I don’t even know anymore if that’s a good or bad snack choice
June 24, 2019 at 11:51 am #112693Everything in moderation – that’s what I always say, but I rarely follow my own advice

YupJuly 2, 2019 at 8:26 am #112945July challenge? Anyone interested in continuing?
July 2, 2019 at 9:48 am #112951I would! But I think I’ll pick a different challenge since I failed so miserably at the last one
July 2, 2019 at 9:57 am #112952I will too! while I am still keeping my steps up and my arms worked out (and can actually see a lot more definition in my upper arms, legs and “lower half” now), my weight has not moved in a while, which my hubby insists is because its muscle I am building again. OK that is fine but I still need to do something to drop the pounds and lose the belly. I am not sure if sit ups is going to do it for me but I am going to def try to change my eating some more. i def eat less now but still need to change up what I am taking in, and need to start my smoothies again.
July 2, 2019 at 10:00 am #112953I’m definitely interested! I need to change up my challenge some – increase steps and maybe add some yoga. We were just on vacation in Delaware and gained weight so gotta get back to the challenge.
July 2, 2019 at 10:14 am #112954Sure, I’m in! And no matter what I’m going to keep up on doing everything I can. @warrsm that is great for you! I’m so proud of you, it’s so nice to see results!

SAME GIRL! My mom insists that my 25 lbs weight gain is all muscle from BMT – I wish! My mom is just being a mom God bless her. But even if I’ve gained some muscle somewhere in there, I still have a belly. Now that it’s summer I went to put on my shorts (same pairs I wore this time last year) – none of them fit now! I had to go buy more over the weekend that’s proof right there it’s not just muscle. But as much as that depresses me, I still have zero discipline when it comes to food. Not to mention with all my running I’m drinking a lot of Powerade and Tailwind which is basically pure sugar but I need it for my long runs
