    My goal for June is to hold myself accountable with my eating habits. I did so great in March and lost 3 lbs, but then I don’t even know what happened in April because I gained that back plus 3 more :( today I filled a whole box with clothes that no longer fit and I’m over feeling like a whale. I need to be in better shape ready for our October trip. Let’s hope I can stick with it

    My alarm went off this morning to run, and my body seriously LOL’d out loud at my brain for even thinking it was going to get out of bed
    So I’ll try to get a workout in today instead and try the run again tomorrow

    My brain decided 3AM was a great time to wake up for the 2nd day in a row. Get some stretching in while sipping coffee in the living room before heading out to meet up with my neighbor for our morning run. 5K, 10:18 pace.

    @missingwdw thank you!!! @nascfan you just made me laugh out loud, so help me!!

    I am sticking with my trying to increase steps. I am way past my 10000 any night I help at the restaurant, but my others are slowing down alot due to my 12.5 y/o pup tearing her other ACL, so our steps are quite diminished for a few weeks at least. i must find a way to move around more at work and get outside and walk during lunch. I say every day I will, even have a pair of sneaks under my desk. but that darn work keeps messing me up :P
