10dedfish177 XPI’ve decided to put some of the Disney recipes I have here in the forums. If you have any requests let me know . From @acamm this morning: zebra domes
Zebra Domes
1 lb milk chocolate
1/4 cup espresso coffee
5 egg yolks
5 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp gelatin, dissolved in 1 1/2 cups of water
1/2 cup Kahlua liqueur
4 cups heavy cream
3/4 cup white chocolate ganache
1/4 cup dark chocolate ganache
1 sponge cake (your favourite recipe)
Procedure
1 Melt milk chocolate.
2 Whip heavy cream to soft peaks.
3 Mix yolks with sugar.
4 Mix gelatin with Kahlua and coffee. Set bowl over hot water bath to dissolve the gelatin.
5 Fold 1/3 of whipped cream into the chocolate.
6 Add the yolks, then the gelatin mixture.
7 Fold in the rest of the cream.
8 Pour mousse in flexipan domes almost to the top.
9 Place sponge circle (1/4″ thick yellow cake cut in a circle) on top. Leave in the freezer to set.
10 Once hard, unmold and place in glazing racks.
11 Make white chocolate ganache and chocolate ganache.
12 Put chocolate ganache in a pastry bag. Ladle white chocolate ganache to cover each dome.
13 Simultaneously, pipe a stripe design of chocolate ganache over the dome.
14 Refrigerate to allow the glaze to set.
15 Decorate the bottom edge with coffee crunch.
16 Place a chocolate covered coffee bean on the center of each dome.

10dedfish177 XPThis is another soup recipe, but it is AMAZING! The family goes nuts over it.
Loaded Baked Potato Soup
1 lb bacon, roughly chopped
1 medium yellow onion, diced
1 large carrot, peeled and diced
3/4 cup celery, diced
4 large russet potatoes, peeled and diced
4 medium red potatoes, diced
1/4 cup flour
2 cups chicken or vegetable stock
coarse salt to taste
freshly ground pepper to taste
4 cups heavy cream
chopped chives for garnish (optional)
bacon bits for garnish (optional)
sour cream for garnish (optional)
shredded cheddar Monterey Jack cheeses for garnish (optional)
Procedure
1 In a 6 – 8 quart stockpot over medium heat, fry bacon until crisp.
2 Remove bacon and drain on paper towels (reserve half for garnish). In the bacon fat, cook onions, carrots, and celery until the onions are translucent. Add potatoes and cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3 Sprinkle in flour and stir constantly over low heat about 5 to 7 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly. Add stock and half of the bacon. Season with salt and pepper.
4 Over medium-high heat, bring the soup to a simmer and cook for 25 minutes, or until the potatoes are soft. Mash some of the potatoes for thicker, creamier texture. Add cream and simmer for 5 minutes. Adjust thickness by adding water or stock. The soup should have a creamy consistency.
5 Season to taste, and garnish with toppings, if desired.
