My guess is that it is likely the same as one of those. I mean, how much could they change the recipes?

This is the recipe from Biergarten:

    Potato Leek Soup
3 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
1 cup onions, peeled and diced
1 cup leek, cleaned and diced
    5 cups chicken stock
    1 cup heavy cream
    2 tsp butter
    salt to taste
    white ground pepper to taste
1/4 cup chives, chopped for garnish

    Procedure

1 Sauté the onions and leeks with the butter in a medium size pot.
2 Then add the diced potatoes and cover with chicken stock.
3 Cook until the potatoes are soft.
4 Use hand blender and blend the soup till smooth, being careful as it will be hot.
5 Stir in the heavy cream. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
6 Just before serving garnish with the chopped chives and sautéed sliced leeks.

This is another great recipe, just be careful with the cloves

Blue Bayou Roasted Pork Loin with Root Beer Spiced Apples
    5 lb pork loin
    1 1/2 oz jerk seasoning
    Root-Beer Spiced Apples
    4 large granny smith apples
    6 oz brown sugar
    2 tbsp cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
    2 1/2 cups root beer
    1 tsp nutmeg
    1/8 tsp ground cloves
    1 1/2 tsp cold water
    Procedure
1 Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Rub jerk seasoning all over pork loin. Place loin in oven. Roast for about one hour and ten minutes or until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees Fahrenheit. After done, let pork loin rest in a warm place for five minutes.
    Root-Beer Spiced Apples
1 Core, peel and cut apples into four wedges. Cut four slices per wedge.
2 Combine root-beer, nutmeg, cinnamon, and ground cloves in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil and stir frequently.
3 Separately, in a bowl, mix cornstarch with a little water to make a thin paste. When mix starts boiling, add cornstarch and mix well. Add apples and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer for ten minutes, stirring frequently. (These apples are served partially over the pork loin on the plate)

    Bananas Foster Shortcake
    Biscuits
    2 oz Brie cheese, diced
    2 1/2 cups Bisquick
    1/3 cups sugar
    3/4 cups water
    Sauce
    1 tbsp butter
4 large bananas, cut into 1/2” slices
    1 tbsp sugar
    1 cup brown sugar
    3 tbsp brown sugar
    2 cups heavy cream
    2 tbsp dark rum
    2 tbsp banana liqueur
    Garnish
    1/2 cup whipped cream
    4 fresh mint sprigs
    Procedure
1 Preheat oven to 400°F. To make the biscuits, add together the diced cheese, Bisquick and sugar, mix well.
2 Add the water and mix thoroughly to make a wet batter.
3 Drop the batter in 4 mounds onto a greased cookie sheet and bake on the top rack for 20 minutes or until cooked through (when toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean).
4 Remove from oven and cool on wire rack.
5 To make the sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the bananas for about 3 minutes. Add the sugars and stir until melted. Add the cream and, stirring constantly, cook over high heat until it reaches a boil. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 10 minutes. Add the rum and banana liqueur.
6 To serve, cut the cooled biscuits from the top two thirds of the way down, open it up and pour the sauce into the center of the biscuit. Serve with whipped cream and mint sprig.
