@starbee Is the American pavilion the only one without a table service restaurant? I was just thinking about how they could do a lot to diversify the food if they had table service there.
January 11, 2017 at 1:22 pm #6566I also thought Frozen was OK, but not the greatest thing ever. I thought Tangled was a far better movie
@rocketear99 AMEN! Never understood the hype, ride aside. Okay movie, but nowhere near as good as the hype made it seem. Tangled was better in my opinion in terms of the animation and the soundtrack. I’m glad someone agrees with me
@nascfan The girls are right, don’t even bother with F&W on the weekend. Evenings are much busier than the day. In the past we’ve done a Weds and Thurs and it’s been fine, one time we couldn’t avoid going on a Saturday and it was awful. I think I waited 30-40 mins to get a drink at a boothJanuary 11, 2017 at 1:25 pm #6567@kcboston Thinking about it, I think it’s just America and the UK that don’t have table service. Unless Rose & Crown counts? Correct me if I’m wrong
January 11, 2017 at 1:27 pm #6568@starbee – I know, right? Even before Tangled came out I was excited because I knew Alan Menken was doing the music. He’s great!
January 12, 2017 at 4:44 pm #6855@RocketEAR99 you can’t go wrong with Alan Menken. He did give the Lopez his seal of approval on the Beauty and the Beast Featurette.
January 17, 2017 at 6:33 am #7473What were Disney thinking still keeping Stitches Great Escape
January 17, 2017 at 6:47 am #7475January 17, 2017 at 1:52 pm #7613Another one of my unpopular opinion at Disney would be Soarin’. I don’t think Soarin’ is all that and a bag chips as everyone makes it to be. Yeah it is something that you should experience but I don’t think it should be something that high ranked.
January 17, 2017 at 2:14 pm #7627I imagine there’s different tastes with regard to Soarin’ and Test Track. @prncssriss – The way you feel about Soarin’ is kind of how I feel about Test Track. Though I do understand the hype for Test Track, I’d just pick Soarin’ over it most of the time. It’s all a matter of what hits you in your thrill spot
January 17, 2017 at 2:17 pm #7631And i’m the opposite for me, I’d rather do Test Track over Soarin’. Not saying that you should never experience and fall in love with soarin’, but I’m not crazy about the ride. I do enjoy the music though!!
January 17, 2017 at 2:19 pm #7633I definitely think when Epcot opens, you have your Test Trackers and your Soarers which is why the waits tend to be long at both simultaneously.
January 18, 2017 at 8:00 am #7758Ok, so I haven’t seen this one yet, so here goes…I HATED the Electrical Parade & I’m thrilled it’s gone. I couldn’t stand the music or just the theme in general, and if you want to walk anywhere in the park at night, it’s such a mess. I get that it’s difficult to get around during most parades, but for some reason this one really bugged me. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gotten stuck in Frontierland and couldn’t find my way out because of that parade. Not a fan.
January 18, 2017 at 10:06 am #7801@bgabe7 – While I wouldn’t say I hated the Electrical Parade, after seeing it the first time I thought it was neat but I missed and still miss the SpectroMagic Parade. I thought many of the parade elements and the music was much better even though I understand the classicness of the Electrical Parade.
January 18, 2017 at 10:12 am #7803I saw someone earlier mentioned they weren’t a fan of Dole Whips. Me either. And I love pineapple! I just couldn’t get into it.
While I LOVE the Main St. Electrical Parade (and yes, I am thrilled we on the WC are getting it back!) I am not a big fan of parades in the parks in general. It’s such a mess to try and get ANYWHERE during them.
January 19, 2017 at 9:40 am #8164I don’t like the new Test Track. I don’t get it. I don’t care to make a car, even if I do I find it hard to track the progress with the little time you get to look at the screens. The scenes don’t make any sense to me, I don’t get what’s going on, it’s just a futuristic mess to me. I still ride it, but I really miss the old one. I don’t know if Disney thought this new version was futuristic and cool, or if their hands were just tied because GM had the rights to everything about the old version so that all had to go when their sponsorship ended? Maybe I’ll never know
