@starbee WOW :surprised:  What an excellent 5K!!! Congrats on your time and strong efforts and everything! So happy for you! You beat my most recent 5K finish time by 19 seconds, and my wife’s by 18 seconds! Very very good! :)

Hey gang! It’s been about 2.5 weeks since my last workout because I’ve been so super busy and tired…oh so tired. My body does not like the lack of daylight this time of year :P

Took some time to use the treadmill at the gym today and understandably regressed since my last workout.

    Distance: 2.04 miles
    Time: 0:25:00
    Incline: 2.0 degrees
    Pace: 12:15/mile

@rocketear99 it’s so hard this time of year. Good job getting workout in, no matter the pace! You did it and should be proud!

Back at the workout routine this morning. Still sore from chest and triceps, rolled right into leg day!

Guys, I can’t stress enough how important it is to have a workout partner, esp. in the winter. It makes it easier to get up and moving at 4AM when you know someone else is going to be waiting on you to start their workout.

Great job to everyone who struggle to make their workouts with all the crazy holiday stuff going on!

@10dedfish things are good! Hoping these temps we’ve been having stay for the entire winter. Hahaha!! Running in the 20’s is SWEET my friend!

    Ugh. Summer!

Thank god I’m running because IF I EAT ONE MORE COOKIE I’M GOING TO EXPLODE! :darn: POP! :darn:
I ran this morning and it was terrible. I felt so sluggish and empty. But considering I had French fries and cookies for dinner last night…….
This has been the longest holiday season ever!
    LOL
