    Walked Winnie pup on her normal 1.25 mile route. She clocked in at an 18:55 min/mile! She had some pep in her step today!

    I was just telling Heather about our great 2.5 miles tonight. 34:38 total time for an average of 13:51/mile. Sub 14 minute pace after work? I’ll take that anytime! And our second is what I am sure is our fastest mile together yet at 13:18! This was a great workout after a full day.

    Hey all! Almost didn’t get up this morning to run, but I did!
    Tomorrow will be more of the same and I signed up for a 5K last minute for Sunday morning so there’s that.
    That’s a race a weekend for the next 4 weekends!
