Steve, does it matter to know what tool we are using? Firefox, Google, IE etc? I am a Firefox user.

Jukebox is working for me now…but I can’t get my favorite Friday track to play — Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar in the Disneyland playlist (??)

**This is not a request to fix this issue–I know there are bigger fish to fry at the moment. I’m just happy the Jukebox is up and working!!

No, but I prefer in this order: Chrome, Firefox, Edge

Folks… the amazing web host emailed me this morning and pinpointed the issue! It was a plugin I was using to monitor traffic totally bogging down resources. One flip of the switch to turn it off, re-cache the site and HOLY MOLY it’s back to normal now!

When i’m on the jukebox screen my playlists are there but when I click on them it does nothing.

I am a supporter so I have numerous favorites playlists and it will not let me go to another favorites playlist. I can click on the playlists from the other sections (i.e. recently added, EPCOT, etc) but not my other favorites playlists.

I just tried the same thing, same issue. I can play any of the pre-loaded playlists, for lack of a better term, but not my personalized playlists.
I can play my playlists in jukebox.d-cot.com however, just not going in through the regular d-cot.com site.

@nascfan but strangely enough if I go to your page and click on your lists to listen, its plays from there. weird. Mine play from my page too, just not from the actual jukebox.
