The site is running slow for me, taking a long time for notifications to load. I had to spin twice this morning before it stuck.

Hi folks! Thank you for reporting these issues! I received numerous alerts about the site being inaccessible this morning. I took a look at the error logs on the server and it helped me diagnose the issues. I made some adjustments on the server’s configuration and I hope it will help. From what I gather, the site’s code probably needs to be improved. I’m hoping the D-COT Platform update will fix all of this.

HI, while it did let me spin today, I am not seeing the points comment (as previously noted) in my home page or my dashboard. So i decided to log out and log back in and have noticed the Home page has not updated in over a half hour. I am sure we have had a lot of traffic but the last post I see says was over 30 mins ago. It has been letting me post on prior comments though.

It took 30 minutes for my server to bring our menu’s . We only have an hour for lunch. Sheesh……

10/22 – Jukebox not loading for me this morning…

Edit: Actually the site is overall very slow. However, it looks like the Jukebox loaded, albeit without any songs. I can see the list of playlists but nothing happens when I click one and I don’t get any controls.

Same issue with Jukebox not loading. Also, after my first spin, my point total read ‘error’. I was able to spin again and it stuck (although I lost 5 points).
