    I’m still doing push ups, but haven’t gotten today’s in yet. :( I guess I’m not a morning person! :blush: I’ll get them done when I get home later. :up: :up:

    I don’t have time in the morning and I can’t do 50 all in one go. I have to do sets of 10 throughout the day. I do 20-30 at lunch and the remaining 20-30 when I get home usually.

    I had such a busy weekend I didn’t give one thought to doing push ups :'( got 50 in today though plus 60 sit ups :up:

    I managed 96… on the stairs… it is a start.

    I have to do sets of 10 – 5 of those are real push ups and 5 are using a bench, I guess like how you used the stairs. Whatever you can do is great! And I find using the bench really helped! Before I did that I wasn’t able to do ANY real push ups, I could only do “girl push ups” on my knees and even doing 20-30 of those push ups a day wasn’t enabling me to do 1 real push up. A couple weeks of doing 20 on the bench and I could do 2 real push ups! I took it from there, now I’m up to 5 and tomorrow I’ll increase that to 6.

    Great job! way to keep at girl! I’ll admit, I’ve been slacking a little by only doing the 30 burpees a day. Though occasionally I will throw it a set of pushups or pullups.
