    Great job! way to keep at girl! I’ll admit, I’ve been slacking a little by only doing the 30 burpees a day. Though occasionally I will throw it a set of pushups or pullups.

    Thanks! :blush: I do 30 sit ups too for good measure ;) when I’m at the gym at work because we have one of those benches that holds your feet and legs. Otherwise it’s hard. I can’t do them properly with my feet against a wall or something. I keep missing days here and there on the push ups and I feel guilty, but I haven’t quit so I guess there’s that! Gotta get to at least 18!

    I remember in boot camp there is one special day, where medical finally cleared everyone for PT (physical training). ALL of the company commanders came into our barracks. They had us close the doors and the windows. Then they exercised us until the condensation would start dripping from the overhead (ceiling). They called that “making it rain).

    You will have no problems getting to the required pushups!

    @ridisneypinguy definitely stop! Slowly. Slowly get back into it. If you can only do 20 a day that’s better than nothing. Do not push it too far or hard!
    @10dedfish great job! You were motivated!

    Got my 100 in this morning. Threw and extra 10 in for good measure. Now the kitty is cuddling on my lap for a few minutes before I have to get going for work.

    I keep forgetting to post here but I got my 50 push ups in today, yesterday and the day before :)

    Yesterday I started 6 real push ups per set and also added 64 sit ups yesterday and today for good measure :up:

    Thanks pals! :blush: I’m not that worried about push ups anymore, now I’m more worried about my running :| it’s so hard to find time to focus on both equally and this week my running has taken a backseat to the push ups :(

    Thanks @starbee. The session went well, as I learned what not to do, where my pain is exactly coming from, and that there is hope for improvement.

    However… No push ups til further notice. :| :down:

    Absolutely. I will have a workout routine catered to me next week. It sounds like I will be working with the physical therapy doctor and her strength training coordinator to get me back to 100% :up:
