    @acamm you are amazing! i am just happy that i hit 10k steps yesterday and now today the rain is supposed to stop for a few days. *crossing fingers*

    I have a question, I don’t know if it’s because I started running more but my appetite has been ferocious !! I’m eating nonstop and it’s really upsetting me and I don’t know if it’s due to me running so much or if it’s just me being piggy LOL

    Happy Thursday! :cupcake:

    May 2: 30 minute treadmill walk, 50 pushups, then worked the weight machines today for 20 minutes – leg presses, leg curls, shoulder presses, & lat rows.I went back to my office and drank 3 cups of coffee after that to finish out my workday :pluto: :coffee:

    We got this !!!

    @breesmommy5 It’s not uncommon for your appetite to increase. If you would like to lose some weight then try to restrain the eating.

    Robyn, I think it’s very normal for the appetite to increase, sometimes by a lot!, as you exercise more. The trick seems to be to find the “right” things to eat to help fill you and accomplish what your goals are.

    May 3: Lunchtime gym workout = 30 treadmill INCLINE walk / hike, 50 kettle bell swings, 30 medicine ball squats, 50 pushups, 100 jumping jacks, and 40 Russian Twists.

    May 4: Treadmill walk 30 minutes, and then yard work!! :angry:

    Whew ! If I had 15 more minutes I could of finished 6 miles, I had to get my daughter from school so I cut it short, pooped now that I’m sitting down :P

    May 5: I took an exercise break…. yup. :coffee: I did ZERO exercise other than cooking in the kitchen :P

    May 6: 30 min treadmill walk, 40 pushups, 30 leg presses, 30 leg curls, 40 shoulder presses, & 50 Russian twists.

    Hopefully today I will be able to have a longer lunch workout. :cool:
