May 1, 2019 at 9:12 am #109066After the month of April off with our trip, I’m in! In addition to my regular stuff, I aim to complete at least 50 pushups and some situps every day. I’ve really been lax on my core lately so I don’t want to tie myself to a number of pushups. But any is better than none right?

Same girl
I’ve eaten cheese fries on more than one occasion in the last month. In March I had such high hopes and plans to make headway on losing my tech school twenty before our vacation this month. Here I am 2 months later and three weeks out from my vacation still holding on to all 22 lbs of that weight gain
I’m stuck in that cycle of “I’ve already gained a ton of weight and I haven’t lost any of it, so what’s another plate of cheese fries?” So mad at myself.
May 1, 2019 at 1:19 pm #109115This month I am still onto increasing my steps. Finally got a fit-bit so its better than that old pedometer!! also a need for better portion control! and like @nascfan said, work in those push-ups again. I feel like i improved my arms for those couple months and now have let them flab out again
so even if its just a few a night it will help.

I know !! I eat and then think I’ll burn it off later no problem, then later comes and I’m too tired to work it off
it’s a bad cycle to be in and I really need to stop doing that
May 1, 2019 at 1:29 pm #109119I had visions today of the Rival Run in April
I wanted to run longer but it’s so windy out I was running against the wind and I was scared of getting struck by lightning
Holy Moly Robyn, get inside!!
May 1, 2019 at 7:11 pm #109137Got it in, one down, thirty to go!
Great job @breesmommy5! Stay safe!
May 1, 2019 at 9:06 pm #109150Thanks Matt…. I’m in! Even though I didn’t post that much in April, I made it to the gym 5 days per week, for 30 minutes of cardio daily and 20 minutes of weights or body weighted exercises.
For May – I plan to do the same. My goal is 6 solid days per week – 30 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of weights.
May 1: 30 minute treadmill walk, 100 jumping jacks, 50 kettle bell swings, 50 russian twists, 30 pushups, & 100 mountain climbers.
May 1, 2019 at 11:28 pm #109155Try try again…laying in bed and debating walking 500 steps around the house to hit my goal…
