I don’t even want to begin the drama that was this week
didn’t fall off the wagon exactly but I could definitely do miles better@starbee hmmmm…can you fall off the wagon if you never really got totally on?
That’s where I’ve been anyway with this challenge. I have been doing something everyday in the way of working out, but the logging food and staying on target with eating has been my on again, off again drama.
Here we go again tomorrow…..
