I think I’ve decided to make my goal 60 pushups a day to start with a jump to 100 by mid month. I think I’ve noticed that is the easiest part of my workout to slack off on so this should help me be accountable.December 29, 2018 at 11:26 am #98447

@starbee that’s a good one. Something everyday. I like it.
I was thinking last night, after another day full of cookies and chocolate and ice cream indulgence, that I would have a daily sugar intake goal. Now I’m torn between @starbee’s idea and the sugar thing.
With less than 24 hours to decide, I guess I better just pick one!
