    Morning all!

    Just putting out a link for anyone who is interested in participating in a physical challenge for January.

    In! I think mine will be pushups, just have to set my goal. I already do the walking/running thing and X number of steps, so that wouldn’t challenge me.

    set a new goal every day if you wish. As long as you accomplish your goal for that day you can check it off

    I think I’ve decided to make my goal 60 pushups a day to start with a jump to 100 by mid month. I think I’ve noticed that is the easiest part of my workout to slack off on so this should help me be accountable.

    I entered my name! My goal right now (unless I think of something better) is to do some form of workout every day. Whether it’s a 2 mile run or 50 push ups, I want to do something each day

    @starbee that’s a good one. Something everyday. I like it.

    I was thinking last night, after another day full of cookies and chocolate and ice cream indulgence, that I would have a daily sugar intake goal. Now I’m torn between @starbee’s idea and the sugar thing.
    With less than 24 hours to decide, I guess I better just pick one!
