    Well yesterday was a bust. Spent the day in the hospital with dad, and by the time I got home and food shopped, and cooked dinner, my willpower was shot.
    No workout.
    Horrible eating.
    But, today is another day! Got my 6 miles in this morning, and now that I’m back to work, I packed a salad for lunch….and left the chocolate chip M&M cookies I baked at home…..

    @missingwdw sorry to hear about your dad, hope everything goes well with him.

    Yesterday I did 2 sets of 10 and 1 set of 15 very strict pushups, followed by 4 sets of 5 on the ab wheel to full extension. 25 squats today. And I’m sore already. Lol

    Multiple Dr appointments today with Abby, glad I got my squats in earlier.

    @warrsm Yes you should totally try for 30 min per day!

    Today i went to the gym at lunch and walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes, then did a full arm and shoulder workout. I can barely lift my arms above my head…. I definitely don’t need that coffee cup way up there on the top shelf! LOL

    @acamm ok you are inspiring me!!! I will try my best. Bringing my sneakers to work and try to walk on my lunch break (maybe that will actually make me take a lunch break!)
    Oh! And shouldn’t stretch up that high ;) :P use a step stool ;) ;)

    @warrsm walking at lunch is a great way to clear my head in the middle of the day…. Its like my mental health program LOL

    woooo!

    Day 3 in the books. Got a little over 2 miles in this morning due to a miscommunication with my running buddy. Tried to do pullups this morning, but my shoulders and abs said that that was probably not a good idea. Maybe tomorrow.

    @acamm yes maybe me walking will benefit my coworkers, so I am not so inclined to want to kill everyone!! @10dedfish go go go!!! I am sure tmrw will be an awesome day!

    Got a workout in tonight. I need to make sure I’m exercising earlier in the day. I’m just too tired after dinner!

    The important thing to remember is not to push too hard too soon. You’re body has to get used to moving in new ways. No one wants to get hurt!

    All this talk on FB tonight about brownies has me thinking. After I crush this January challenge, I plan on rewarding myself with a brownie sundae on January 31st.
    Made with ALL 4 CORNERS, 2 huge scoops of vanilla and mocha chocolate chunk ice creams, cool whip, and chocolate fudge.
    It’s going to be awesome!
