Grumpytude's Trip to the Happiest Place on Earth

Hi everyone. It’s been a few years since I have been to DW. I am finding I have more questions than I used to when we could go every year so I thought this would be the place to get some answers and ideas.
The first thing I’m having difficulty with is putting together items for Christmas presents as this is our boys big Christmas gift. In the past, pieces of this have including ordering the planning DVD. Boy was I surprised to find the Corporate Greed Department had got so far along that Disney no longer would send you a DVD even after you had booked a stay.
We also used to plan our trip a lot further in advance but we were jonesing to go one night and I checked to see if we had any days left on our old non-expiring tickets and when I some this kind of snowballed. Because we have had more time before we have always been able to find a friend or relative that was going and would bring us park maps to wrap up. Our 7 year old has always especially liked any kind but Disney maps OMG .
I there anyone who is going to the parks soon that could mail me some? I would gladly send postage? Any other Christmas surprise ideas would be much appreciated.
