    Thanks Matt!!! I promise to do better in February!!!! I need to get off my butt more often….while my short Disney trip did help that, it needs to be sustained and you guys are all such great inspirations!! :heart: :heart:

    I’m going to try not to get sick this time! Twice in one month is most unusual for me, I usually on get sick one or twice a year. That said, I’m traveling more now so I have to play it by ear. Let me know if you need any support!

    Omg I was just sitting at the table thinking about this, grab my iPad, and BOOM! @10dedfish is already on it for the February challenge!
    January was HORRENDOUS for me. I haven’t consistently eaten this poorly is a very long time. I am so ready to get back on track in February. And bonus, it’s a short month!

    January was HORRENDOUS for me. I haven’t consistently eaten this poorly is a very long time. I am so ready to get back on track in February

    @missingWDW Yeah! I posted about it in the January challenge thread. I signed up a new place and I love it! Except I killed myself yesterday in my first weight lifting class LOL I haven’t been this sore since I had to march with 100 lbs of gear in BMT. I can barely walk. So my plans of going again this week and also running are currently benched. But I stuck to my calories today! :)

    @nancyg Great job! :clap: you should definitely join us for February! You can add your name to the spreadsheet if you haven’t already. My challenge is the same as last month: stick to a set amount of calories each day and track what I eat, and be active every day in some form (gym, walk the dogs, go for a run, push ups/sit ups, etc.)

    gonna modify my challenge a bit – stay under 45 grams of carbs every day and cut out sugar. i’ve already lost 15 pounds doing this since january :D

    Yes, join in @nancyg! I’m sticking with pushups every day but with snow and cold of February I’m going to make it more modest of a minimum 75. With potential shoveling I get a pretty good workout that way.

    @julia That is really awesome! :clap: I have no idea how to cut out sugar, even fruit has sugar, what should you eat?! I should try it though, I need to lose at least that much weight!
