January was HORRENDOUS for me. I haven’t consistently eaten this poorly is a very long time. I am so ready to get back on track in February. And bonus, it’s a short month!

@missingWDW Yeah! I posted about it in the January challenge thread. I signed up a new place and I love it! Except I killed myself yesterday in my first weight lifting class I haven’t been this sore since I had to march with 100 lbs of gear in BMT. I can barely walk. So my plans of going again this week and also running are currently benched. But I stuck to my calories today!January 31, 2019 at 8:18 pm #101723
@nancyg Great job! you should definitely join us for February! You can add your name to the spreadsheet if you haven’t already. My challenge is the same as last month: stick to a set amount of calories each day and track what I eat, and be active every day in some form (gym, walk the dogs, go for a run, push ups/sit ups, etc.)January 31, 2019 at 9:07 pm #101732

@julia That is really awesome! I have no idea how to cut out sugar, even fruit has sugar, what should you eat?! I should try it though, I need to lose at least that much weight!
