    Morning all.

    I’ve setup the worksheet for April, all names have been carried over. If you would like to join in, please add your name to the list. I’ve added a column to the right of the name column where you can enter your personal challenge if you so like. You can find the link to the spreadsheet below.

    OK I swear I am doing this this month!! with the weather hopefully getting nicer, my goal is to seriously get off my butt and increase my steps. not sure if I will reach 10K but anything is better than now! thanks for keeping this up and inspiring us!

    I still need to figure out what I want to do for this challenge. I got too sore from some of my workouts last month to keep up with my goal of 30 minutes a day, even when I switched up what I was doing…

    I’m sticking with my 7-minute workout app every day for this challenge. It’s not much but, just being able to check that off each morning helps me feel like I want to keep moving thru the day and that’s what I need more than anything else. Just keep moving! :dory:

    I’ll be doing my 3 week Yoga retreat, and be more flexible. :beast:

    I’ve decided to stick to my same challenge. The challenge will be creating a workout plan that doesn’t make me super sore and throw me off LOL

    My goal is to run or walk at least half the days in April. No minimum time or distance, just do something

    can I ask what app are you using? I just need to make sure I am doing something, been sitting still for far too long it seems this winter and it has caught up to me!

    added myself. the weather was gorgeous last week and i hit over 10k every day. the last two days have been cold so :down: darn Iowa weather!

    @warrsm My problem is I always want to do too much, and then if I think I won’t have the time or energy to do that, I end up psyching myself out and doing nothing. I need to change that mentality (it’s a tough one to break!), and accept that in order to make this work with as busy as I am, sometimes a quick walk or a one mile run is all I can do.

    @kcboston that’s it exactly. I think I need to learn that starting easy is still a good way to start, and not have to jump into miles or hour long workouts. just feels like not enough, but in reality, for me at least, anything is better than nothing :) thanks!!

    I’m in again.
    Sticking with 30 minutes of something everyday. Really trying to hit that goal everyday this month. I’ve been taking too many days off lately….
