I struggle with it sometimes too, especially if I’ve made a goal to say walk for 30 minutes, or run for 3 miles, and something happens and I don’t accomplish that. I feel like it wasn’t enough. But anything is better than nothing. I hope the challenge will help you
@warrsm Start small and before you know it, you’ll be accomplishing a lot more than you thought. I keep having to pinch myself because there was a time when I couldn’t run a quarter mile and I needed to be able to run for 26 minutes without walking in order to graduate basic military training. I can now run 3 miles without walking! I can’t believe it!with anything, you have to start somewhere
April 2, 2019 at 9:10 am #106482@warrsm I am using this app: It’s a free app but it includes only one main workout and offers a different random one for free each day. If you want all the features all the time, there is a “membership” you can pay for. I went ahead and paid for 1 month ($9.99/month) and I’ve been much better about sticking to it with the added variety. If I continue to stick with it thru the rest of my 1 month, I intend to pay for the annual membership which is $79.99 (comes out to $6.67/month). It seems like a lot but, it’s cheaper than any gym membership would be and, it appears that, unlike a gym membership, I’ll actually use it. (And, unlike a lot of gym memberships, you really can cancel any time; when you cancel, any time left in your paid membership term will remain accessible until it runs out.)
