Headed “Home” in 79 days, last trip was October 2015 – What was new in 2016-2017 (other than Pandora) that I need to catch up on? Can be anything attractions , shows , eats , services , anything! And…..GO….

The new MK fireworks show
The new DHS fireworks show
All of the different Star Wars shows and Launch Bay at DHS
The new Castle Court Stage show at MK
Seven Dwarfs Mine Train at MK
The new Welcome Show at MK
Lots of new shows at Epcot
The new nighttime show Rivers of Light at AK
Disney Springs overhaul from Downtown Disney
When did Frozen Ever After start at DHS? After or before your last trip?
Festival of Fantasy Parade at MK
The updated versions of Mission Space at Epcot

All of the new shows at AK — a lot of street shows only in the evenings

Also if there are any places you like to eat at each trip, you may want to check the menus. Numerous places have had menu overhauls in that time frame (Kona, Garden Grill and Friar’s Nook are three that immediately come to mind).
