    I am updating it for whoever doesn’t. I’ll probably do that once a day or maybe every other.
    This is absolutely 100% not a competition. This is to challenge ourselves, maybe get in a little better shape, and give each other the support and maybe a boost or two when needed and to cheer each other on. Much like the Runners Support thread, it’s about being part of the D-Cot family and offering up our support to each other.

    Update it yourselves, and it’s just to keep track of everyone. Add some support if needed. PS you can do as many as you like. I realize as Chair Force you guys dont have much else to do….. ;)

    :surprised: :angry: Chair Force? Dude…….I’m an Army dog, Field Artillery, King of Battle. I was Infantry before I commissioned. Do I really sound like an Air Farce weeney in my posts? If so, that’s something I’ll have to remedy! LOL

    My bad! I thought you said you were chair force. May be confusing that with @starbee tho. I would apologize but you probably couldn’t hear me anyway. LOL When you said Field Artillery, the first thing that popped into my head was Robin Williams from Good Morning Vietnam!

    No worries! And yes, that’s Starbee who is an Air Farce weeney. I do have hearing loss, though! LOL Big guns and good hearing don’t play well together even with ear pro.

    It’s all good though. We’re all on the same team. No one fights among themselves more than the service branches until an outsider joins in. Then, we all band together against the common enemy. ;) Even the Navy is part of the team. Who else is going to haul our stuff over so we can fight? LOL

    All right everyone. I did not get my 30 in yesterday. We moved furniture, painted, and cleaned carpets. In our entire upstairs, all in one day. So by the time we got everything back together it was 11 at night and I was exhausted.

    So I will get back to it today, promise!

    Not trying too. Really. Promise. Cross my heart and hope to die. Stick a needle in my eye! :smirk: I have a PT test Saturday so I’m just trying to get ready for that.

    What I really need to be doing is running. But, I hate running. Hmm, maybe I ought to jump on the running accountability thread…..

    If I do, I sure won’t be running every day! It might be few and far between. I know I need to force myself to do it but I despise running…..I’ll ponder it a bit.

    I was a very dedicated 3 mile a year Sailor, now I run 3 or 4 times a week, several half marathons, Spartans etc. Cmon over to the dark side.

    Just remember, it’s not sweat; it’s liquid awesome.
