Ok I think I’ve got everyone in who has posted up to this moment today. If I missed you, please feel free to add.
@acamm @jamiedawn27 should I be also posting about my 80 jumping jacks, 100 tricep dips, 56 bicep curls each arm, and 20 crunches each morning?
This is awesome! I would love to participate, but am 6 weeks post op from shoulder surgery
But you can bet as soon as I am cleared to do pushups I will get after it! Maybe I will do mine in October 
@nascfan we don’t need those additional posts. We have enough dips on here already

XPAre we supposed to update it ourselves or are you or Nascfan updating it? Also, is this a competition? I can do more than 30 each if necessary…..
Update it yourselves, and it’s just to keep track of everyone. Add some support if needed. PS you can do as many as you like. I realize as Chair Force you guys dont have much else to do…..
