@Yoda BTW – a TENS unit is fantastic for those sore muscles. I probably use mine more than I should, but man, it make a difference.

70 in Tuesday but not yesterday or today. Spent most of last night in the ER with my wife so I’m too tired to do any kind of PT today. She’s OK before anyone asks.

Thanks for the well wishes for my wife. She’s still in pain but she’s doing OK considering.

Got 120 in today. 3x sets of 40. Plus a 2 mile run.
