    Well, not to spoil the mood that @10dedfish set, but I got 54 in today. 30 this morning, 24 (couldn’t squeak out the 25) this evening. I think I tweaked my shoulder blade/neck this Sunday moving furniture. I just feel a little weaker on the right side. But hopefully that improves quickly. (Got a nice TENS unit from my physical therapist a year ago – love it)

    got in my 80 yesterday (still catching up from forgetting the other 35 a few days ago) and first 40 in for today :) every day feels a little better

    70 in. It’s even more clear to me why these 30-day challenges are so hard. I have seen so many of our D-COT pals get an injury, or have real-life overwhelm a day, or get sick. These are getting so hard because there are no recovery days. Normally, you wouldn’t tax the same muscles every single day.

    @yoda you would be right!

    It does take a lot of dedication and willing to work thru the pain.

    I’m at 100 for the day. Might get more in if I can, still working 25 reps per set.

    So took yesterday off, and just tried to do 10 push ups now. Ugh. My delts are hurting. Again it’s outright pain, not soreness.
    Think I’ll just finish out this challenge with doing 10/day. Apparently I flunked outta the push-up challenge.

    @missingwdw ok let’s get one thing straight, you did not flunk out! You can’t help an injury. You’ve done your best and that’s what counts.

    There is no such thing as flunking out on a challenge – we’re doing this as Pals! -and especially due to an injury my humble opinion is I would not do any until the injury is healed
