We all have those bad days for sure!! I really do my best to listen to my body and not my head! I’ve finally learned the difference between my head telling me I don’t want to run and my body telling me it needs a break.
I’m all on board for a thread checking in on each other’s running progress! We can keep it here or start a new one. I sure know I need help with accountability at times!!! And I know I could you all of the support through this long training season for Dopey!
@kcboston those rough days will happen, don’t let it get you down. We did the mall on Wednesday after a great session on Monday morning, under 16 minutes/mile for 2 miles which is what we are shooting for for The Dark Side 5k and I wasn’t feeling it. Legs and body were just tired. You got this, good job doing what you did!
