Hi – I can’t get the jukebox to load most of the time anymore. When it does it can take several minutes. And, even then often times the playlist is blank. I’ve tried on multiple browsers, cleared my cookies, etc. It’s on all devices. Anything else I can do?

This could be due to the server issues we’ve been having lately. Today has been the first day in weeks it’s been stable during peak times. If you’re still having issues, it does look like you’ve done all the necessary troubleshooting. If the playlists are blank, I know that I usually have to wait until it loads before I switch tabs in the browser. I find this to happen especially in Chrome. The newer jukebox app will be much better than the one now. It’s in testing mode so only supporters can use it; once it’s out of testing it will be open to all.

I think like Steve said it’s connected to the server issues. Mine is being strange with me today but it’s the first time this week I’ve been able to log in to D-Cot at all

I don’t think it works with Explorer. Click the word Jukebox next to Home. Don’t click My Playlists or Browse Music Catalog. It can take a minute or two to load but once it does you should be able to see all the lists of parks and categories that you can listen to. Basically click a place, say Magic Kingdom for example. You can listen to any song or loop in there just by clicking on it. If that still doesn’t work, shoot another reply here and @steve will check it out.
