@jamiedawn27 Isn’t Universal that shadowy part off in the distance where we are told never to go?
I’m so sad that my pass expired, but I honestly don’t go enough anymore for it to be worth it.
Fortunately my bf is into going at least once a year and we make a vacation out of it and do all the things. This year though, I get two trips out of it, so yay! It helps that my mom is a huge Disneyphile too

Favorite Ride: Soarin’ (the original)Hello there, Pal! I’m Vicki. Those who know me know that I live and breathe Disney (and especially love Mickey).
My husband is a professor at a small liberal arts university. I’ve been the VP of marketing for a credit union for 29 years but am now transitioning to HR (though marketing still reports to me). We’ll be celebrating our 30th anniversary this summer a little early with a trip to WDW (as well as a few days at Universal). We have one son who is nearly finished with his first year of college. (I’m actually surviving that major life change and love watching him spread his wings.)
My love for Disney started in California where I was born and lived for awhile. My mom would take us to Disneyland when my dad flew off to Vietnam (he was in the Air Force). What a great way to help us cope with all of the emotions that went with saying goodbye to our Dad.
My husband and I took our son to WDW for the first time when he was 5 and we’ve been every year, save one – but one year we went to DL and then a couple of weeks later, WDW. :o That was both good and bad.
I’m looking forward to getting to know the rest of the D-COT family!

I see you are also a fellow Universal fan thanks for introducing yourself and sharing some of your story! I’m sure you’ll have plenty of fun here! We have an incredible selection of Disney parks music (both past and present) as well as friendly talkative Disney peeps here on the Forums and also in Mouse Chat (although that’s usually just during the work week). If you need any help with anything, holler at us!
