If you’re still in a position of strenuous activity because of your MOS, it is even more important that you control the type of calories, then the number of calories

But I am trying to work out 3-5 times a week. I’ve been upping my protein intake this week

February 1, 2019 at 9:33 am #101772I was trying to do push ups and planks in January, but got way off track. So I intend to do that for February (and so on) and try to get many more steps in every day. Plus I need some real portion control. its not that I eat horribly, its I eat too much. I need to cook less!!

February 2, 2019 at 3:00 pm #101808@10dedfish Thanks so much for staring the February Challenge! I did pretty good in January until I returned from my WDW trip on January 26th. Since then I have not been very good at sticking to my challenge goals. I’ll get back on track this month!
@Julia One of my Feb goals is reduced carbs/sugars very similar to what you are doing. Some days it’s very hard to stay at carbs that low especially when eating fruits & veggies. I also miss my morning yogurt!!Good luck everyone with all your February Challenge Goals!!

so my challenge didn’t start off great
i went out to dinner with my coworkers last night and the no carbs rule went right out the window

That’s usually where I fail, friends want to go out and I don’t want to be rude and not hang out with them or have them go somewhere else to eat just for my sake, but we always seem to end up somewhere that’s impossible to make healthy choices!
