@dngnb8 I really like #2. I’ll definitely be using that next time we fly.

they sell milk in the lobby markets, and there is a fridge in each room.

There are at least two Hess gas stations on property. I haven’t checked the milk prices there, but I go through too much milk to pay even $1.50 for a pint! They might have it for $5 a gallon — a far more affordable sum, depending on how many avid milk drinkers you have, and whether or not you can get close to one of them or not. (Also, if you’re using hack #2, you’re not likely to have a car at Disney, I know lol.)

There is a service called garden grocers that will deliver food right to your room! Just visit there site and fill out a list of pre selected items and pow it shows up. Not that expensive either.

@Jloosh78 – I’ve used that service before! It’s a good deal. Problem is, some trips we don’t need much more than breakfast items, so our bill isn’t quite large enough to justify it.

IF you have a wealthy relative, invite them to come on your trip!

A few things that help my family in the parks are:
    1. cheap $1 ponchos from home- use them and then throw them away
    2. rope drop – we usually eat our breakfast in line while waiting for the park to open…. we love that time of day before the parks open, standing in line and planning our morning route! Because we are some of the first people in the parks, we get a lot done first thing with no lines.
    3. portable cell phone chargers – we buy them on Amazon and they are a lifesaver! Our phones seem to drain battery power in WDW like crazy

@Acamm sounds great! What do you usually bring for breakfast while you’re waiting to enter?

Good morning! Well, since we are coffee addicts, we carry our coffee and OJ for my 14 year old, poptarts, granola bars, Blueberry Muffins, and whatever else we have picked up in the food court and shoved in our bags on the way to the bus stop. Actually, I have food allergies and can’t have gluten unfortunately, so I usually bring gluten free muffins and Kind bars from home. My food choices in the Disney resort food courts are very minimal for breakfast! We enjoy our coffee and muffins while waiting for the park to open. Its literally one of our favorite times of the day in Disney!

Carry 1 XXX Large Ziploc bags, and regular size sandwich bags big enough for a cell phone. On water rides like Kali put cell phones in the sandwich bags and your back pack with the rest of your goodies in the XXX Ziploc bag.

I do this too! I always carry ziploc’s in my bag.

Oh I also carry Baby Wipes in my bag!! You have no idea how many times we have used them to clean dirty seats and on our hands in WDW parks!!

On the subject of phone chargers, we purchased a solar powered charger called Dragon which can charge phones reasonably quick, and keep it clipped on our park backpack to keep charged.

I learned on our last trip after waiting an hour to get my purse looked through security I stopped taking my purse and just put things I needed in my pockets, it was a little uncomfortable having my pockets full from the kids stuff but at least we walked right in

You make waking up super early to be there for rope drop sound really good! :coffee: :cupcake: we have such a hard time getting a move on in the morning.
