February 22, 2017 at 8:41 am #14720I just told my mom (who is 65) that if this is her last trip to disney this year she should spend the dough and stay at the poly or contemporary. she said her hubby would never go for it…i said too bad! it’s your last trip! you should eat at Victoria and Albert’s too! (not like they are short on cash)
February 22, 2017 at 8:43 am #14721Seriously! I am an advocate of going full on splurge for first trips and last trips. Start and end on a high !

Yes! They should absolutely do it up if it’s their last trip! V&A is expensive, but it’s worth it.

Ever?! That’s a horrible prospect that I don’t even want to think about! I hope we’re able to go well into our 70’s, and maybe even beyond as long as we remain healthy. But I agree, if this is their last trip, why not do it up right?

@nascfan sadly she’s not as “active” as she used to be and has put on some weight. he has a bad hip. between the two of them they don’t walk that fast and they approach disney differently than i do…i’m a get there when it opens kinda girl…they are the go have a big breakfast at the resort and get to the parks around 10-11 people. AHH!!! the horror!!!!February 22, 2017 at 9:50 am #14734This is looking to be our last trip for a while, so we plan on hitting some buckey list items!
The longest I’ve had to wait between trips in recent years was 14 months. Hope your wait isn’t too much longer than that!
