April 13-20, 2021 Last trip with our AP’s Day 2

Wednesday April 14th:
7:30am alarm. Ate our pastries from Epcot. So delicious! The hazelnut beignet is my new favorite thing!! We met Paige at the Sky Liner at 9am and had no line. They don’t want you to get on at Pop to Epcot this early, so we said we were going to HS. But we grabbed Joffrey’s at Caribbean Beach Resort. Then got in line for the Epcot line. We were in the park by 10:20am. We took topiary pics along our walk and were in line for Test Track by 10:35am. It was posted 45 min. but was only 20-25 min. Then over to Soaring with posted 60 min., really only 30 min. Then Living with the Land with a 5 min wait. Stopped at Starbucks for extra caffeine. We find Joffrey’s to just not have quite the jolt for us! Next stop was the pizza window in Italy, one of my absolute favorites! Then to Japan for Kakigori and some pics. Off to Figment with a 10 min posted wait but really maybe 5 min. Then a quick walk thru the butterfly gardens. Nemo with a 5 min wait. Then a ride on SSE with a 5 min wait. Took some pics at the front of the park. SB again! It was toasty out and we were hot, so cold drinks with caffeine were needed. Cheesecake at the Honey booth, so good!! You can never go wrong with cheesecake at the festivals! So funny story happened here. I was standing at a table in the shade, sipping my coffee while Ryan was grabbing the cheesecake at the booth. His hands were full so I quickly walked towards him and didn’t see a duck in the shadow by my feet! I accidentally kicked/stepped on said duck. It quacked at me and flew off! I felt so horrible about it. The rest of the trip, all the Disney ducks would come towards me and quack at me! Kid you not! It didn’t matter what park I was in, they would be near me, quack at me and walk away. Apparently the first duck to all its friends about me! Mexico with a 5 min wait. Over to Frozen with a 20 min wait. Relaxation Station at Norway for a while. We were all hot and tired and struggling with masks in the heat. We toured World Showcase. Stopped in Germany for caramel corn, S’mores and dark chocolate caramel. Lots of pics and playing with camera settings. Mobile ordered ribs and pork from Regal Eagle for immediate pickup. It was so good! We are glad we gave it a try! Walked some shops. Picked up stuff at Rinse Soap. Grabbed a couple more Hazelnut Beignets from France for breakfast. Sky Liner back to Pop. Left just before 10pm. In room at 10:30pm. Lights out at 11:15pm.
