    Good morning – it is the 2nd of January, 2024! The jukebox works for me :up: but the daily booster spin does not. :down:

    2024, the year I have to step it up and do a permanent fix. It’s fixed for now.

    Hi @steve I was using the new jukebox and it stopped at 47 minutes into Main Street loop at Magic Kingdom this morning. Thinking glitch I logged out and back in and it was working. But on my walk at lunch, again using the new jukebox on my phone, it stopped at 20 minutes into Big Thunder Mountain Railroad loop. It seems very unstable today across all platforms. @eeyorepoohfan and @starbee also having troubles, just to give you more examples.

    @nascfan     So this was with the new jukebox. Got it. Thanks for reporting. If these occurrences happen often then please let me know, but if they are one-off then eh. LOL!

    We’ll keep an eye on it for you. Right now Frontierland loop is playing just fine, 42 minutes into a 59 minute loop.

    I’ve had the same issues today with the new jukebox and the old jukebox (I’ve been trying both to see if one is any better than the other). I specifically noticed it while trying to listen to tracks from the Land, including Soarin’, Living with the Land Area Loop, Living with the Land Ambiance Loop 1 and Living with the Land Ambiance Loop 2, and also with International Gateway Area Loop and Illuminations Reflections of Earth – An Evening at Epcot. Some of them, I was able to start playing, but they would stop at some point and I couldn’t get them to restart. Others I wasn’t able to start at all. And I noticed when either of those things happen, the time of the song and the time that’s played both show as 0:00.

    The issue I was having was tracks not playing from the beginning. It would list the run time as 00:00 for all of the tracks that wouldn’t play when I clicked on them. I selected different songs in my custom playlist and some worked, some didn’t. The only pattern I noticed was that if a track didn’t play, it wouldn’t work in either Jukebox. I tested the same songs in both.

    Some examples of songs that didn’t play:
    Disney California Adventure – Paradise Gardens Park – Disney Viva Navidad ~ Area Loop
    Animal Kingdom – Dinoland U.S.A. – Dinosaur ~ Area Loop
    Disneyland – Main Street USA – Disney Gallery ~ Area Loop

    All of the above are currently working for me after logging off, closing my browser and starting over
