Unable to play/click songs in jukebox

Are you clicking the word Jukebox next to Home in the blue at the top or My Playlists? In order to listen to music you need to click the word Jukebox. Give that a few seconds to load and then you can listen to your playlist or anything else in the Jukebox, from Magic Kingdom music to Disneyland Paris to Resorts and beyond. Your listening is not limited to your playlist alone.
If you are already clicking the word Jukebox and it’s still not working please let us know here and Steve can look into it. I have a feeling that’s the problem though, and if it is, you’re not alone. A lot of first time users don’t realize you have to actually click Jukebox in order to bring yourself to a place where you can listen to the music.
