Yes, as the previous poster said, make sure you are going to the Jukebox by clicking “Jukebox”. DO NOT click “Browse Music Catalog” or “My Playlists” from the drop down menu. Let us know if you’re still having issues. Occasionally the Jukebox page is blank, in which case refresh the page and it should load correctly. It takes a second. I am using in Chrome right now and it’s fine. If you don’t have any favorites, you may also need to click the “Playlists” tab on the left side at the top of the Jukebox page once it loads, select a playlist, then choose a song.
