    Hey everyone. Yeah burpees suck. What i have found is that every race is only about 40-50% physical. The rest is grit and determination.

    Yeah, I’m with Scott, this looks like torture! LOL I can’t believe anyone can do the Spartan races! Kudos to you :clap: I like the team aspect of it though, that part sounds fun :blush:
