    @jamiedawn27 We’re trying Garden Grill for breakfast this next trip, we’ve done lunch and dinner but breakfast started a couple days after we left last trip. My hubby would love PH! He’s all about Guy Fieri! But when I told him we would do only 1 meal in DTD he opted for T-Rex

    Next trip is up in the air. I have my corporate property for sale, my home for sale, and we moved into a new home. I feel like that guy on the Tonight Show spinning plates on sticks.

    When both properties sell I will be flush again. The wifey is having me look into Alaska cruises for the 30th in 2019. I was also looking at a wdw/cruise package for 2018ish.

    nothing can be set until both properties sell. Once that happens, I will be mortgage free with no overhead rental income again. then, :ears: here I come

    An Alaskan Cruise sounds amazing!! Is that through Disney? Or another cruiseline?

    @jamiedawn27 I hate to say it, but it kinda looks like Planet Hollywood tried their best to imitate the Toothsome Chocolate Emporium’s menu over at Universal Orlando :surprised: we’ll be eating there so we didn’t want another meal that’s the same. T-Rex can get loud, but it’s not really any different to Rainforest Cafe in terms of the atmosphere. I like T-Rex but I think it’s a love it or hate it type place. We are Landry’s select members so we get benefits eating over there :cool:

    Hubby saw this T-Rex shirt in Animal Kingdom and wanted it: https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/564x/14/b9/85/14b9859f149d9ae0224c994e7402610c.jpg

    I thought the exact same thing when I saw PH’s new milkshakes. I guess that’s going to be the new trend. I’m not a PH fan at all. We had one here in Myrtle Beach for a while but it never did great business. The food wasn’t very good IMO and they recently tore it down and now a Carolina Ale House is going up.

    Yeah i wasn’t a huge PH fan in the past but 1) i needed a DS restaurant in our schedule 2) it’s been redone and 3) my hubby liked the menu (and it didn’t look like anything the kids would object to) hence i went with it.

    Well I hope that they have done an overhaul and it’s fantastic!

    Have a Savannah view villa at Jambo house in Sept. for 4 nights. We thought to make it an Animal Kingdom trip, letting the Pandora craze settle down a little bit. It probably won’t.

    Ive been looking Disney but the wifey wants me to expand the lines. She mainly wants this because of gambling. I win most of the time. Last 2 cruises I paid for the cruises at the craps table.

    I am probably the only man who has a wife who shoves cash in his hand and says, “Go pay for the trip!”

    @pox24
    Maybe not, but September is probably the quietest time of year for you to check it out! Plus, I think 4 nights for an AK trip is smart and will give you plenty of time to see everything without getting caught up in crowds the whole time :up:
