Since Star Wars is legally owned by Disney, this isn’t an off-topic category.
I trust we’ll discuss the movie, but not spoil it, at least not for the first month or so, right?
December 12, 2016 at 5:30 pm #3539I think this group tends to avoid spoiling. I suppose, though, if someone HAD to talk about something in the movie, they could start a thread in the forums that begins with SPOILER ALERT.
Excited about it opening in a few days!
December 12, 2016 at 6:04 pm #3545This movie looks like a winner! Not sure when we will go and see it but I definitely know that I want to see it on the big screen.
December 12, 2016 at 6:05 pm #3546We are looking forward to seeing this one! We have our tickets for this Saturday morning! I can’t wait!!! I promise not to spoil anything here!
December 12, 2016 at 6:35 pm #3557Nice!!
Be honest with your review…. if you report back on the movie
December 12, 2016 at 6:47 pm #3561I sure will! We have high hopes for it! And the previews do look really good! And we really liked The Force Awakens. So we will see how it compares!!
December 13, 2016 at 11:03 am #3645All our local theaters are sold out opening weekend (we only have 5 in town). No tickets for me yet I hope to go sometime next week, whenever they make those tickets available
December 13, 2016 at 11:35 am #3654Just bought our tickets for a 4:00 Saturday showing. The trailers and featurettes look really good. My brother saw a preview screening of it and said that it was amazing, so I have pretty high expectations going in. I’m sure it will live up to those expectations.
December 13, 2016 at 1:01 pm #3677I’m going to see Rogue One next Tuesday the week before Christmas. Really looking forward to see this final story of the Star Wars timeline.
December 13, 2016 at 4:11 pm #3724Super excited to see this on Saturday. My son’s cub scout pack rented out an entire theater for all cubs and their friends and family. And, apparently there will also be a few characters in attendance. Our family is giddy!

That sounds like a lot of fun!
December 13, 2016 at 8:40 pm #3735@Nascfan And, just found his best friend has accepted our invitation to join us. He’ll be labeled a Futute Scout and both he and Ty will get in free. Now, it’s a party!
December 13, 2016 at 8:55 pm #3740That is excellent! I’m sure it will be a great time!
December 16, 2016 at 1:21 pm #4162We got tickets for Thursday next week!
December 19, 2016 at 5:03 am #4262Without really saying much, this felt like Volume 1 of Episode Four, while “A New Hope” was Volume 2. I could also say that it’s more like a longer, more intense episode of Star Wars Rebels.
This was a great movie. A wonderful addition to the Star Wars saga.
The last ten-fifteen minutes…whoa!
A great bridge between Episode 3 and Episode 4; totally recommend it.
