Posting Photos in an album

I am getting a lot of issues posting photos. I take them on my phone and it’s a 50-50 chance they will upload. So I put them on my computer to move them over into an album and I get an error message on each one I try to add that it isn’t the right type (they are all jpg) or the wrong size (none of them are close to 15). If I try to “drop them” nothing happens at all. Help!

@Steve any input here? I have issues with mine uploading at times too, with this same error. When I do my photo pass pics, I have to save them on my phone as a medium file, not full resolution, to be able to post on D-cot. However, sometimes my standard iPhone pics will give me the error as well.

It sounds like a file size issue. I will look into raising it.

So the max file size to upload is 64MB. When you have issues uploading a batch, can you try to upload only one at a time and see if that works? I’m wondering if when you batch them the total file size of all the images is over 64MB. If this is the issue, I will find a balance between the amount you can have in one batch and the limit that is set.

I’ve had the issue with trying to upload one single picture. Not a batch. I’ve gotten the error in a batch attempt, but also a single picture attempt as well. I had to get a few single pics to post by cropping them down just touch.
