only certain songs on jukebox

Is anyone having issues with listening to the jukebox? I have the latest version of Chrome on my PC, but I can only listen to certain songs. I had my IT guy take look at my computer to see if it was a firewall issue etc… He said our system is an “all or none” system, so if I can play one song, then I should be able to access all of the songs on the jukebox. I even tried accessing the jukebox from my i-phone and had the same problem. :hmmph: :hmmph:

I am open to any suggestions.

Are you able to make a list of the songs that don’t work? Or at least a few so Steve can look into it or I can verify if I can get the song to work? Are the songs that don’t work consistent? e.g. if you tried to play a song yesterday, is that same song still not playing today?

Not having any trouble here. I agree with starbee above ^^ if you can let Steve know a certain number of songs so he can check it out for you.

There is no set pattern to it. Example- If I go to the jukebox and select top rated 25, then I can only listen to the following tracks 2, 6,7,15, 17, 19, 21, 22, and 25. If I refresh the screen then I can listen to only the following:1,2,3,6,7,8,13,15,and 24 .

It’s really strange.
