Wow, I’m not quite sure what to make of this. They aren’t saying too much, or even exactly where it will be located in Innoventions.
Just Announced: The SpectacuLAB Interactive Show Set to Debut at Epcot in November
What do you guys think about this new show? or ??
October 26, 2017 at 9:20 am #53659They have lots of space in the Innoventions buildings so it could be in there although I did read something about the stage behind the Fountain of Nations. Personally it’s not something that I would spend much time watching, you know, places to go, rides to ride, things to eat!
October 26, 2017 at 9:37 am #53660@stupidjudy they did mention its in Innoventions… but I wonder where??!! And yeah it doesn’t sound too interesting. But then again… it might be the greatest show ever! I wish they showed a rendering or something to clue us in! :|
October 26, 2017 at 9:57 am #53667Honestly… it sounds pretty cool to me! (Not that you’re going to get a lot of interest in a science show when there’s so much to do at Epcot… @stupidjudy is right!)
I hope it goes well. Sounds like it has potential. And because it’s Disney, I bet the experiments will be really cool and well done!
October 26, 2017 at 10:30 am #53671@PA_Timekeeper I am sure it’ll be great fun!
@acamm I haven’t been inside Innoventions in years, I don’t even know what’s in thereOctober 26, 2017 at 10:30 am #53672I’m super excited about this!! Fingers crossed it’s open by Dec 1. My 4 year old is a little science nerd and even though I have zero idea what this will be like I’m sure he will like whatever it is lol
October 26, 2017 at 10:33 am #53673Sounds….. intéressant….
At least Colortopia won’t be the only functioning attraction in Innoventions :|
October 28, 2017 at 6:12 am #53795This sounds like just another lame exhibit for innoventions and not exactly a “show” so to speak. I honestly wish they would find something else to do with the Innoventions buildings. They really are just wasted space these days. I’ve tried to walk through there and I have yet to be able to figure out what the heck I’m looking at. It seems more like fancy advertising for expensive things for your home like….storm windows and crap lol. I swear I can’t figure it out. I always feel awkward when I go in there, like I’m walking into a strange sales pitch or something.
October 30, 2017 at 8:25 pm #53909I’m just now seeing this, for obvious reasons, but on the surface this sounds like exactly what Innoventions is supposed to be. Hands on exhibits which will hopefully spark interest in science and innovation and moving ahead. I’ll be checking out more information on it for sure.
October 30, 2017 at 8:45 pm #53915I can’t wait to check it out myself. I am definitely a fan of science experiments. You are talking to a multiple blue ribbon winner of the Pennsylvania Junior Academy of Science, I’ll have you know! But seriously “PJAS” was one of my favorite high school memories… I really am excited for this.
October 31, 2017 at 6:43 pm #53982Going down there after thanksgiving…. will check it out if it is open
November 1, 2017 at 9:13 am #54038I think it is great! I hope Disney will continue expanding the vision and can make more updates to engage minds – I would love to see more futuristic ideas to catch our imaginations and get us all dreaming!
November 1, 2017 at 2:14 pm #54088I hope they bring in more like it. We used to really enjoy Innoventions. Some of our favorites: Sum of All Thrills; Where’s the Fire, Stormstruck, Segway rides (I can’t remember the name), The Great Piggy Bank Adventure. If we had two days in Epcot, we would always take some time in there. If we only had one, we skipped all but Sum of All Thrills.
November 13, 2017 at 4:36 pm #55205Apparently the show debuted yesterday! It plays five times a day
I can’t wait to see it
November 13, 2017 at 5:18 pm #55207Can’t wait to check it out in January!
