@PA_Timekeeper Oh man! Hunchback is a great one too! I didn’t know anyone could fall out of needing a Disney fix!?!?! Well, make a list of the ones you need to watch! Many are on Netflix for now!

@PA_Timekeeper That’s blasphemy! Just kidding! We got rid of cable back in 2009 and just have internet. So we stream Netflix and Amazon Prime! It saves us a good $50 a month off of what we were paying! So then I have money for supporter status!

I have an odd situation… I work 2 hours away from home, so I have my own place, but I’m often home helping the folks on the farm or visiting my grandmother to help her (and both places have Dish). I realized that I didn’t need internet for $90/month (!) so I got rid of it at my apartment. So I guess I could be a supporter 30 times a year with the money I’m saving!

Totally get it. We haven’t had cable in a long time. We have Netflix and Amazon (which I only recently discovered has video, lol we’ve only been using it for Pantry!).

I agree with @jamiedawn27, see if the local library has it!

Joining the convo late but…

Okay, I seriously BAWLED in the theaters when Mulan and her dad were talking in the beginning and he says “The greatest gift and honor is having you for a daughter.” We are talking full on ugly cry.

@pa_timekeeper – no judgement. Sometimes I hold off on Disney movies for a while when they get super hyped up. It took me years to see Frozen because everyone made such a big deal about it that I rebelled.

I love that the live action one is going to involve a lot of martial arts – the woman they cast as Mulan has done martial arts movies in the past. I think it is a chance for a whole different audience to fall in love!
