Just curious, but apple recently updated the safari browser and I have not been able to play the jukebox since. Have you heard of this or more likely can you direct me to the instructions on how to use the jukebox where I can find out what I’m doing wrong?
Same here…The Jukebox for supporters page works (unless you go to “Music Catalog”. The player portion covers the “Next/Previous”.
The jukebox through D-Cot itself just doesn’t play anything. Using MacOS Mojave 10.14.6
So it’s not working on https://www.d-cot.com/jukebox/ and https://jukebox.d-cot.com? It would be great if you could please provide me with the Safari version and any console errors you might be experiencing. You can get console errors by right-clicking anywhere on the page, choose “Inspect” and in the new window go to the console tab. The errors will be in red.
Also, is it only broken in Safari? How is Chrome or Firefox?
You are correct, Steve. (d-cot.com/jukebox is the one that does not work in safari. Version 14.0 (14610.1.28.1.9)) –
Jukebox.d-cot.com works as expected with the exception of the bottom graphics getting clipped off.
Right now, d-cot.com/juke is working Chrome.
Unfortunately, when I right click, I do not get “inspect” as an option…is there another way to get there?
