So I am going to try to whip myself back into shape in time for my next trip, 10 years ago a friend got me into kettlebells, they are the perfect exercise for me, no need to go to the gym and it’s quick (not necessarily easy) but it definitely gets the work done. I used to be in better shape and used to be able to do snatches, turkish getups etc. Now I am back at square one but it comes back pretty quick.
I have done 100 swings on Sunday and 100 yesterday but found this challenge online and I will try this one for 30 days.
Anyone else work out with kettlebells?

September 19, 2017 at 9:26 am #49313I have never done any kettle belling. I have a bowflex I used to use but now its collecting dust. And also used to to push,pull and sit ups everyday. Now not so much. Is it a good work out?

September 19, 2017 at 10:02 am #49326I have a few different sizes, back in the day the 8kg got way too light so I graduated to heavier ones, for now starting with the little 8kg which is 17.63 pounds exactly :p

Alright! With this particular challenge it gets more challenging every week so it might be tough to jump in at that point (maybe not depending on the individual!) so you could either start with day one or join in where we’ll be. I am motivated and want to get this done! Yay!
