Haunted Mansion with Coco Overlay

I just read a rumor article that Haunted Mansion may be getting a Coco overlay. I don’t know how I feel about it. I know Disneyland’s Nightmare Before Christmas overlay is a huge success, but I don’t know how I feel about Coco.

What do you think?

That’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. There’s a reason why we don’t have the Nightmare Before Christmas Overlay in Florida, it’s because some people only get to go to Disney once in a lifetime and Disney wants to make sure they get to experience a classic.

I can guarantee this, whoever came up with this is an idiot.

In all honesty, I don’t see this happening. I could see them maybe doing a temporary Coco overlay for a holiday like they do in Disneyland with Nightmare Before Christmas, but I don’t think Coco would permanently replace the Haunted Mansion. HM is too popular and I don’t think Coco was successful enough to override it.

While I do love Coco, I really hope this never happens. I’d be highly disappointed if they changed the claaaaaassic Haunted Mansion

I understand they have to “freshen up” rides but I wished they would keep the classics just the way they are! I’ve see the “Nightmare” version at Christmas and it was great for the holidays but I personally don’t want to see WDW’s changed.

The overlay would be for Halloween (Boo at the Parks) most likely and the NBC would go after Halloween to Christmas since it is a Christmas movie. I do not believe it will replace the NBC overlay
