these past few days have been a flop! my problem is when i work the lunch shift, i wake up too late to cook myself anything for breakfast so i end up grabbing a donut from dunkin (which has 43 grams of carbs!!!) i need to stop hitting the snooze button.

Not perfect, but February is going better than January it seems despite recent obstacles. Just when I start to slack, @10dedfish hits me with some Jocko :D

I’m with you on the weather girl! I was doing great with my meals and then recently so much has been going on I’ve had no time to cook and had to settle for lower quality food so my stomach has been hurting for almost a week now :(

I haven’t been keeping up with checking off my days, but I have been sticking to doing something everyday. I even ran 8 miles on the treadmill the other day when the weather kept me from hitting the roads. It was sleeting/raining and windy outside. I love to run in the rain, but I draw the line at icy roads
    :P
My eating habits on the other hand….still a work in progress. Some days are better than others, but everyday is a new beginning

Keep on keeping on my friends!
Bathing suit season isn’t too far away!
    LOL

    LOL
    I know!
School did a food drive so the mayor and local tv crew and a bunch of other people are here. They were setting it all up and as I’m typing away at my desk, I get a sudden whaft of that all too familiar dunkin donut aroma
    :surprised:

Just when I said February was going better than January, I jinxed myself :( I thought I was having really bad allergies from our yo-yo weather, but I have a sinus infection  bad food choices and no exercise as of late. I’m going to try to turn things around!

One day at a time @starbee. Don’t look at like the month has been bad, just take each day forward. And get better first! Ugh, those sinus infections just kill any strength you have! Kathy’s took months to clear up last winter!

@Nascfan Thank you. I’m trying. Yes I can’t believe how fatigued I am and how bad my fever was at first! Our house was at 72* and I was still in bed wearing a t-shirt, long sleeved shirt, sweater, two pairs of socks, and I had a blanket on top of the comforter. I was shivering! :surprised:

@starbee Oh no! I hope you feel a lot better now! It’s going to take time to recover. Give your body the rest it asks for, please. I want you feeling better.
